Calendar12-13 September 2017, 9:00am - 12:30pm

Carbon Capture and Storage is seen as a key technology for the continued use of fossil fuels, and maximizing energy from the available 'carbon budget'. Ipieca has identified CCS as a key technology in meeting the Paris Agreement aims in its latest publication, Exploring Low Emissions Pathways. This workshop will bring together participants from across the oil and gas sector and expert communities to actively discuss the role, barriers, and opportunities of CCS. It is intended to continue Ipieca's work on Low Emissions Pathways, demonstrating our commitment to being a constructive partner.
