The initiative adheres to legal mandates, ensuring compliance with laws regarding apprentice employment quotas. Classes within the programme last up to two years, providing comprehensive learning experiences. Despite challenges posed by the pandemic, Petrobras maintained the programme's continuity, utilizing assisted technology when necessary to facilitate learning courses.
