This week we recognize the International Day for Biological Diversity, which celebrates 25 years of the Convention on Biological Diversity and its work to safeguard life on earth. The day provides the opportunity to celebrate achievements in the conservation of biodiversity nationally and globally, but also to reflect on current progress and objectives as we near the end of the 2010-2020 United Nations Decade on Biodiversity.

Ipieca and Energy Institute publish 'Circular economy indicators in the oil and gas industry'
This guidance presents the first oil and gas specific set of circularity indicators, bringing together elements from a number of existing circular economy (CE) frameworks and providing qualitive and quantitative CE indicators to enable oil and gas companies to measure the circularity of their assets and material in/out flows.
