This was the first in a series of workshops Ipieca is hosting on climate change adaptation and resilience.
The purpose of the workshop was to:
- Build an understanding of the current state of climate change adaptation science, including insight from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC) Working Group I (WG I) and WG II reports
- Share learnings on exposures and risks for energy companies and how they are adapting and building resilience
- Identify future work for Ipieca in the area of adaptation and resilience
