From 21-25 March in Houston, Ipieca held its flagship in-person event (Ipieca Week) bringing together nearly 200 Ipieca member company representatives with 11 senior leaders from a range of IGO, NGO, civil society and academic institutes.
Ipieca held three stakeholder panel sessions with key stakeholders from outside the industry sharing their perspectives on the challenges and opportunities for the oil, gas and alternative energy sector, as well as the role of Ipieca, with regard to:
- Advancing sustainability across the energy transition
- ESG and reporting transparency
- Just transition

Transparent and open dialogue with stakeholders helps guide Ipieca's work programme and ensures that its activities reflect key sustainability issues for the industry, as well as the views of its stakeholders.
Ipieca Week is an annual event offering members the chance to share knowledge with one another, get updates on Ipieca's strategy implementation, learn about the activities of Ipieca working groups, and engage with stakeholders.
