ANGEA was formed in 2021 to work constructively with governments, society and industry throughout Asia, to build effective and integrated energy policies that meet each country’s climate objectives while promoting national and regional sustainable economic growth.
This includes the ability of nations to access natural gas and liquefied natural gas as fuels that provide energy security and which will support Asia’s transition away from the high-emitting coal that remains the region’s dominant source of power generation.
Headquartered in Singapore, ANGEA is the voice of the gas industry in Asia with a membership that spans the full global gas value chain: from production, to transport, infrastructure, manufacturing, end users, and others.
