The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) International Conference and Exhibition on Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability, initially scheduled for earlier this year, will now be a virtual event, taking place 27–31 July.
With the evolving impacts of COVID-19 felt around the globe, the health and safety of all participants was at the forefront of the decision to transition from an in-person event to a digital experience using a sophisticated, interactive platform.
During the five-day event top industry executives and leaders will present their strategies and perspectives through plenaries and panels, papers and technical sessions—all live with Q&As. These sessions will be held in real-time and accessible on-demand for 90 days.
The event includes a virtual exhibition to allow attendees to engage with exhibiting organizations and their technologies. A virtual lounge will provide a platform to network and build strategic partnerships with exploration and production professionals from around the world.
