This section intends to help practitioners to measure the meaningfulness of the engagement conducted by providing example KPIs.

In order to determine whether stakeholder engagement conducted for a project/activity is/has been meaningful it is important that companies and practitioners develop a way to measure the meaningfulness of the engagement.

Accordingly, companies should develop a suite of KPIs for projects/activities. These KPIs are to help practitioners discern whether engagement has met the six core principles outlined in Section 1.
