In the oil and gas industry, climate change adaptation and resilience are essential for companies to manage the impacts of climate change on operations and assets. This includes adapting to changes such as extreme weather and rising sea levels, as well as building resilience in supply chains and portfolios.
Ipieca hosted a two-day workshop to convene the industry and its key stakeholders with the aim of building consensus and enhancing understanding of the importance, challenges and opportunities of carbon offsets as part of a broader carbon mitigation strategy.
