Ipieca is pleased to announce its newest corporate member Cepsa, and welcomes the American Exploration and Production Council (AXPC) to its association membership.
Cepsa is an integrated energy company operating at each stage of the oil value chain, with more than 11,000 employees worldwide. Amongst its core activities, Cepsa is engaged in petroleum and natural gas exploration and production, with interest in several blocks across four countries: Spain, Algeria, Colombia and Peru.
In addition to its commitment to promote the 10 UN Global Compact principles, Cepsa has endeavoured to align its corporate management with the Sustainable Development Goals which, as well as demonstrating its commitment to sustainable progress from a social perspective, helps Cepsa to find new business opportunities, drive innovation and enhance its relationship with stakeholders.
AXPC is a national trade association representing 25 of the largest independent oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in the United States.
AXPC members strive to deliver affordable, reliable energy to consumers while positively impacting the economy and the communities in which they live and operate. The association has a focus on working responsibly to protect and care for the environment, and prioritise the health and safety of employees and communities.
